SEGA To Unveil Virtua Tennis For Android At CES 2012!
CES is mostly known as an event used to showcase the latest and greatest tech hardware, many of the prominent software makers do make their presence felt at this electronics dedicated event from time to time. This year, our friends from SEGA are using their ties to the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play to showcase Virtua Tennis Challenge, and Android version of the popular tennis title. SEGA told Structure Gaming that the game has been designed with touch screen controls in mind for the best possible playability ,also it has been designed to map perfectly with the slide-out gamepad of the Xperia Play device. Though graphics probably won’t look as great as console versions of past, Virtua Tennis has been optimized for devices using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processer, which should offer a flawless presentation on mobile devices. SEGA SERVES UP SNEAK PREVIEW OF VIRTUA TENNIS CHALLENGE AT CES 2012
SEGA® of America, Inc. today announced that Virtua TennisTM Challenge will be making its debut at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas next week, January 10-13, during a special invitation-only showing in the Sony suite at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas hotel.
Virtua Tennis Challenge has been designed specifically for mobile experiences and touch screens. The title is also being optimized specially for the Xperia Play and the Qualcomm Snapdragon systems, and features some of the best graphics ever seen in the smartphone tennis game market.
